Catherine & Pierre Breton 'La Dilettante' Vouvray, 2024 heavy beer resulting in a slightly warmerThis is 100% Chenin Blanc from sunny Vouvray. This wine and all the estate's Vouvray's for that matter is a pet project of Catherine's, not made by Pierre. It comes from 40 year old vines planted in a flinty clay soil. To preserve freshness and aromatics, the grapes are gently pressed, and vinified in stainless steel without going through malolactic fermentation. It's a perfect wine for the changing seasons, and can be paired with soy honey glazed
