60’s Black Velvet Short Sleeve Dress by I. Magnin vtg denim jacket A few tiny scuffs whichBeautiful, beautiful, and more beautiful! This dress is a classic and absolutely precious! It is a 1960s I. Magnin dress made of super soft velvet in midnight black. The stylish waist bow and neckline are a high quality, thick fabric. Metal zipper up the back and a hook & eye closure at the neck. Underneath is a layer of tulle for a tiny bit of volume. In some lights, the velvet seems to have some spots of wear but in other lights they're not there!
