US Royal Transport is a broker. We have established partnerships with many secure, reliable, and experienced carrier companies to ensure that your vehicle is transported safely and efficiently.
Is US Royal Transport a carrier or a broker?
When you’re looking to ship a car and search for a car shipping service online, you’ll encounter two types of companies: auto transport brokers and car carriers (also known as auto haulers, car haulers, car transporters, or auto transporters).
Auto transport brokers act as intermediaries between you and the car carriers. They don’t own a fleet of trucks and therefore don’t handle the actual pickup and delivery of vehicles. Instead, they arrange shipments with carriers. Car carriers, on the other hand, own their own fleet of trucks and perform the actual transportation of vehicles.
Where can US Royal Transport pickup and deliver?
US Royal Transport provides transport services within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.. At present, we do not offer shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or international destinations. Our door-to-door service means the designated carrier will pick up and deliver your vehicle as close to the specified addresses as safety and accessibility allow.
What type of vehicles we transport?

What is the cost to ship a car?
The cost of car transport is primarily determined by the distance and the size of the vehicle. However, several other factors also play a significant role in determining the final shipping cost.
What is open transport vs. enclosed transport?
With an open transport your vehicle is shipped on an open trailer. The vehicle is fully exposed to the outside elements. These are the types of trailers you usually see on the roads as they are the most common.
With an enclosed transport your vehicle is transported in a trailer with secure, weather-proof walls on all sides. The vehicle is completely protected from the outside elements. There are only a small percentage of enclosed carriers. Because of that, enclosed transportation is little expensive.
How long does it take to ship my vehicle?
The time it takes to ship your vehicle depends on the destination. Some locations may take longer due to routing and location. Additional factors such as weather, traffic, construction along the route, and holidays can also impact shipping time. When you generate an instant quote on our website, we provide an estimated time frame for both pick-up and delivery.
Do I need to be present at pick-up and delivery?
You, or someone at least 18 years old acting on your behalf, must be present at both pick-up and delivery. This is necessary because a vehicle inspection will be conducted with the driver, and the vehicle condition report needs to be signed.
Can I ship personal items in my vehicle?
We allow ONE suitcase, duffle bag, tote, or box of personal belongings up to 100 lbs.
Is my vehicle covered by insurance during transport?
Yes! As a car carrier and licensed auto transport broker we provide liability and cargo insurance to cover your vehicle while it is being transported. However, you MUST have your personal vehicle insurance in place because we don’t cover Acts of God.
Can I track my vehicle during transit?
While real-time tracking is not available, we can provide updates on your vehicle’s location via phone, email, or text upon request. You will receive a 24-hour notice and a 1-2 hour notice prior to pick-up. During these updates, we will also inform you of the estimated transit time and delivery date. Additionally, you will receive a 24-hour notice and a 1-2 hour notice prior to delivery.
Will the driver call me before they arrive?
Yes. The driver will call you a couple hours prior to arrival for pick up and delivery to make arrangements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express, and debit cards. We do not accept check or cash.
